Euronews is majority owned by Naguib Sawiris, an Egyptian businessman, who is Chairman of its Supervisory board. Sawiris owns 53% of the channel. With 400 journalists and correspondents of more than 30 nationalities, Euronews is available 24/7 in 13 language editions (English, French, Arabic, Russian, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Turkish, Persian, Greek and Hungarian).
